Important Information
- Park Hours: Daily 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (last entry 6:30 PM)
- The Habitat Café and Retail: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Re-entry is not allowed after leaving the venue
- Funicular train wait times vary between 15 minutes and one hour depending on crowd size
- Standard ticket holders must exit by 7:00 PM
- Entry after 5:30 PM requires an Evening Walk ticket (RM18 per person); park closes at 9:00 PM
- Children aged 0–3 enter free
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by parents
- The park may close without notice during adverse weather for safety
- Curtis Crest Tree Top Walk maintenance will occur from 13 May 2026; the park remains open but some areas may close temporarily
