Established in January 2013, the restaurant aims to create a fine selection of healthy seasonal food (prepared using only the freshest ingredients) to exemplify the true spirit of New Nordic cuisine. Executive Chef and General Manager Nizar Achmad spent fourteen years mastering his unique culinary skills in Sweden, and has cooked for a number of high profile patrons including royalty and Nobel Prize winners.
